Returns Policy

At Deep Cut Threads, every item is made to order especially for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are the wrong size, no longer wanted, or ordered in error.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs showing the fault

Once we’ve reviewed your claim, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

As each product is printed specifically to your order, we cannot accept returns for:

• Ordering the wrong size
• Ordering the wrong colour
• Changing your mind
• Accidental orders

Please check the sizing guide carefully before placing your order.

Refunds

If your item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, any approved refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for the funds to appear in your account once the refund has been issued.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a product is faulty, not as described, or otherwise fails to meet your legal consumer rights, you remain entitled to the remedies provided by UK law.
